Terms and Conditions – TheMugProjektLast Updated: December 19, 2025

Welcome to TheMugProjekt (themugprojekt.com). By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or availing any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. General

  • TheMugProjekt is operated by Koncept Stores LLP, located in Hyderabad, India.

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Products & Services

  • All products are premium ceramic mugs with sublimation printing. Designs are either pre-curated or customised as per customer request.

  • Colours in images may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes. We strive for maximum accuracy.

  • Custom orders (including WhatsApp-based customisation) are made-to-order and non-returnable except in cases of damage or printing errors.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

  • Accepted payment methods: UPI, cards, net banking, wallets via Razorpay/PayU (where available; subject to additional charges).

  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST where applicable.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Customisation via WhatsApp

  • Customers may send images/design requests via WhatsApp. We will provide mockups based on our set of curated templates.

  • Final approval of the mockup is required before production.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any design that is offensive, illegal, copyrighted, or unsuitable for printing.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Refer to our separate Shipping Policy for details on timelines, charges, and options (including same-day/next-day in Hyderabad).

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the courier.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refer to our separate Returns & Refund Policy.

  • Customised/made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable except for manufacturing defects or wrong items delivered.

  • Cancellations are accepted only before production begins. No cancellations once printing starts.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, and content on the website are owned by TheMugProjekt or licensed to us.

  • Customers warrant that any images/text provided for custom printing do not infringe third-party copyrights or trademarks.

  • We reserve the right to use customer-approved custom designs for promotional purposes (anonymously).

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website.

  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.

9. Privacy

  • Your personal data is handled as per our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
