At TheMugProjekt, we are committed to delivering your premium printed mugs quickly, safely, and reliably across India. All orders are packed with care in protective premium packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and handed over to our courier partners within 1 to 7 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Custom orders (including WhatsApp-based requests) are typically crafted within 1 day once the mockup is approved.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

Charges : FREE on all orders

Express Shipping : 2–4 days

3. Key Notes

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier performance, remote locations, festivals, weather, or unforeseen events.
Tracking information will be sent via email and SMS once the order is dispatched.
Multiple items in one order will be shipped together unless requested otherwise.
We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available.

4. Order Tracking You can track your order status in your account on themugprojekt.com or via the tracking link provided in your dispatch confirmation.

5. Issues with Delivery

If your order is delayed or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos (for damaged items).
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Re-delivery charges may apply.
