For standard designer mugs - once your order is confirmed (with full payment), it will be delivered in 1-2 business days in Hyderabad, 3-4 business days in Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata, New Delhi, 3-5 business days in other cities and 5-10 business at other places across India, depending upon pincode. For custom designer mugs - once your order is confirmed (with full payment), it will be delivered in 2-3 business days in Hyderabad, 3-5 business days in Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata, New Delhi, 4-7business days in other cities and 7-15 business at other places across India, depending upon pincode.

It is a very rare chance that you may get a broken mug delivered, as we have worked countless hours to make a perfect packaging that survives the Indian courier journey from our studio to your doorstep. However to be better prepared in worst case, we request our customers to record a video while opening the package. if the mug delivered is broken and you have video to confirm it was delivered in broken state, pls connect with us immediately via whatsapp. Our team will process the request. Your refund or replacement request will be processed by our team.
